Two Arrested for Meth, Paraphernalia in Placer County

LINCOLN — Early on the morning of May 16th, local police assisted the Placer County Special Investigations unit in serving a search warrant on Kathy Way which “resulted in the discovery of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia,” and a high-end bicycle frame stolen back in March.

Four vehicles were also towed from the area “for various vehicle and municipal code violations.”

40-year-old Jose Lemus was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, felony child endangerment, and being under the influence of an illegal substance. 41-year-old Damica Lemus was also arrested for felony child endangerment and being under the influence of an illegal substance.

Both are housed at the Placer County Jail.
