HEALDSBURG, CA — “The Healdsburg Police Department has arrested a suspect in connection with a burglary and vehicle theft at Silveira Buick GMC earlier this month.

On the morning of February 13, 2026, employees arriving at 835 Healdsburg Avenue discovered the dealership’s front window shattered and a vending machine broken into. A 2024 GMC Sierra pickup truck was also reported stolen from the lot. The truck was quickly located and recovered in Santa Rosa near the Junior College campus.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage from a neighboring business showing a distinctive individual near the scene the night before. Additional video from the Junior College campus captured the same person shortly after the stolen vehicle was abandoned.

Working with the Santa Rosa Junior College Police Department, investigators identified the suspect as Eugene Daniel Inong IV. On February 23, 2026, Inong was located on the Junior College campus and taken into custody.

The damages to the dealership are approximately $5,500.”
