“Last night, the @chp_modesto arrested this individual after they stole someone’s Tesla in Elk Grove.
Thieves, stealing a Tesla a is not very smart. They are very trackable, and when activated, has an interior camera. Tesla owners, please do not leave your cell phone in your car.
