Fairfield Woman, 60, Arrested for Alleged Possession of Stolen Vehicle
FAIRFIELD, CA — “On January 9, at approximately 10:24 pm, officers were dispatched to an eastbound Airbase Parkway and Heath after a stolen vehicle alerted Flock cameras.
Dispatch and Night 2 officers worked together, locating the vehicle at the King Smoke Shop on North Texas Street.
As officers arrived on scene, Officer Kwak conducted a traffic enforcement stop, arresting 60-year-old Donna Rucker without incident. She was transported to Solano County Jail.”
