Two Individuals Cited Following Seizure of Unregistered Firearm and Ammunition at Plaza Park
VISALIA, CA — JANUARY 11TH 2026
“Just after 10:30 a.m. this morning, Visalia Police officers contacted a vehicle while patrolling Plaza Park. During the search, officers located an unregistered P80 ghost gun, three standard Glock magazines, one 22-round Glock magazine, and live 9mm ammunition. The items were concealed under the center console.
The occupants were identified as 52-year-old Arthur Lee Williams and 52-year-old Natalie Chabiel.
Williams was booked for felony possession of a firearm (PC 29800), prohibited person in possession of ammunition (PC 30305), and possession of an unregistered firearm (ghost gun) (PC 29180), as well as a felony no-bail warrant.
Chabiel was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia (HS 11364) and a misdemeanor warrant. She was released at the scene.”
