Investigation Underway Following Fatal Shooting in Victorville Parking Lot
VICTORVILLE, CA – On Sunday, December 28, 2025, at approximately 1:36 a.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner Department responded to multiple 9-1-1 calls reporting a shooting in the 12000 block of Mariposa Road in Victorville. Upon arrival at the scene, law enforcement personnel observed between 50 and 100 individuals gathered in a parking lot.
During the initial sweep of the area, deputies located two male victims with gunshot wounds. The first victim, identified as 35-year-old Dshaun Holden of Adelanto, was found with multiple injuries. Deputies performed life-saving measures until medical personnel arrived on the scene. Holden was subsequently transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The second victim, a 35-year-old male resident of Victorville, sustained gunshot wounds characterized as non-life-threatening. He was transported to a nearby medical facility for treatment.
The suspect or suspects involved in the shooting remain unidentified. According to department reports, the individuals fled the scene prior to the arrival of deputies.
