Fontana Police Arrest Resident Following Internet Crimes Investigation
FONTANA, CA — Authorities with the Fontana Police Department executed a search warrant on December 15, 2025, at a residence located in the 16500 block of Casa Grande. The operation focused on the home of 33 year old Josue Duran as part of an ongoing investigation conducted by the department’s detectives. During the service of the warrant, law enforcement officers identified and seized several electronic devices for forensic examination.
According to department reports, investigators discovered evidence on the seized devices related to the downloading and distribution of child pornography. Following the discovery of this material, Duran was taken into custody by detectives at the scene. He was subsequently transported to the West Valley Detention Center, where he was booked on charges of possession of child pornography.
The investigation is being managed by the Fontana Police Department Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
