American Canyon Man Arrested on Child Pornography Charges
AMERICAN CANYON, CA — “Last Friday, December 12, 2025, Napa County Sheriff’s Office Detectives served a search warrant at a residence located on the 50 block of James Road in American Canyon. The search warrant was connected to a possession of child pornography investigation.
The target of the search warrant was 64-year-old Frank Joseph Lyons, who was arrested in Napa, Friday morning. Lyons is facing charges for possession of matter depicting a minor, contacting a minor for sexual purpose, and manufacturing child pornography.
Lyons was booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections. His bail is set at $100,000.”
