Unsecured E-Bike Stolen from Orange Avenue, Recovered at Tidelands Park Hours Later

CORONADO, CA — December 6th 2025 — “Last night, an individual left an Aventon e-bike unsecured outside a restaurant in the 900 block of Orange Avenue, and it was stolen moments later. Officer Llarenas responded and took the initial report. Later that evening, while conducting a security check at Tidelands Park after hours, the same officer contacted a subject who was found in possession of the e-bike previously reported stolen.

The subject, a 39-year-old male, was arrested and booked into San Diego County Jail. The recovered e-bike was returned to its owner.”
