Fresno Police Investigate Shooting Over the Weekend that Left One Dead, Another Injured

FRESNO, CA — “On Saturday, November 15, 2025, at approximately 3:00 am, the Fresno Police Department received a call in the area of Olive Avenue and Ninth Street regarding a disturbance involving multiple subjects. Within minutes, additional callers reported the sounds of gunfire.

Southeast Policing District officers responded and located two individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. One adult victim, a 33 year old male, was transported to CRMC, where he received treatment and was later released. Despite life-saving efforts, the second individual, 22-year-old Jordon Abuchon, was pronounced deceased on scene by paramedics.

Homicide Detectives learned that a disturbance involving multiple female and male subjects preceded the shooting at a nearby location. At this time, the motive and the identities of the suspects remain under investigation.
