WOODLAND, CA — November 15th 2025 — “Last night, officers responded to Yolano Drive to a report of a vehicle driving through the area with one of the occupants yelling gang slurs at area residents. Responding officers found a car in the area that matched the description and contacted the occupants. While speaking with the occupants, the officers observed evidence of criminal activity in plain view in the vehicle, which elevated the contact to a detention.

Boitez, a validated Sureno gang member, was arrested and booked for charges including being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, a felon in possession of ammunition, and possession of an unregistered firearm.
