DUI Suspect and Three Passengers Arrested After CHP Allegedly Finds Short-Barrel Rifle, Pistol in Vehicle
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — “On October 18, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m., a CHP Solano Area officer conducted an enforcement stop on a vehicle traveling 94 MPH. The vehicle was occupied by four individuals, all at or under the age of 20.
During the investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI. A subsequent vehicle inventory led to the discovery of a loaded and unserialized short-barreled rifle and pistol and three unprescribed bottles of promethazine. An additional pistol and extended magazine were located on one of the passengers.”
