Juvenile Suspect Arrested in Connection with Lake County Stabbing Incident
LAKEPORT CA, – The Lake County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the arrest of a 14-year-old suspect wanted in connection with a juvenile stabbing incident earlier this month.
Deputies located Nova Fabisch of Nice on October 10, 2025, in Lakeport. Following her arrest, Fabisch was transferred to the custody of the Lake County Probation Office. Authorities said she had been sought on multiple felony charges stemming from an altercation that took place two days prior.
According to sheriff’s officials, deputies were called to Sutter Lakeside Hospital on October 8 after receiving reports that a juvenile had been admitted with multiple stab wounds. Investigators interviewed the victim, who was accompanied by her parents. The victim told deputies that during a physical altercation, Fabisch allegedly used a pocket knife to inflict the injuries.
The victim received medical treatment and is expected to recover fully, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Officials stated that the incident appeared to be isolated and emphasized that there was no ongoing threat to the public.
Before Fabisch’s arrest, an active felony warrant had been issued for assault with a deadly weapon, battery causing serious bodily injury, and attempted murder.
