On September 25, 2025, deputies conducted an investigation at a trailer located in the 2400 block of Park Avenue after learning the structure had previously been deemed unsafe for occupancy by Code Compliance.

During the investigation, deputies contacted Armando Gonzalez (50) inside the trailer and confirmed he had three active warrants for his arrest. Deputies also located a quarter pound of methamphetamine, multiple individually packaged baggies of meth, a digital scale, and a large amount of cash — all indicative of methamphetamine sales.
Gonzalez was arrested on outstanding warrants and booked on the following new charges:

  • Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance with Prior Convictions

On October 9, 2025, deputies returned to the same property to investigate continued illegal occupancy of a condemned motorhome and located four individuals sleeping inside.
During the course of the investigation, deputies developed probable cause to believe the occupants were actively engaged in the sales of methamphetamine.

Deputies authored and executed a search warrant for the motorhome and located over half an ounce of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, US Currency, a digital scale, and packaging materials consistent with narcotics sales.

The following individuals were arrested and booked into the Kern County Jail on the listed charges:

  • Claudia Marroquin, age 44: Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Trespassing a Condemned Dwelling, and Public Nuisance
  • Debra Graft, age 54: Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Operating or Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Trespassing a Condemned Dwelling, and Public Nuisance
  • Gurinder Mann, age 35: Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale, Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, Operating or Maintaining a Drug House, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felon in Possession of Ammunition, Trespassing a Condemned Dwelling, possession of hard drugs with two prior convictions and Public Nuisance
