Marina Police Arrest Two in Traffic Stop Linked to Burglary and Identity Theft

MARINA, CA  — The Marina Police Department has reported the arrest of two individuals following a traffic stop connected to a burglary investigation. On October 3, 2025, at approximately 9:20 p.m., an officer initiated a stop in the 200 block of Reservation Road on a vehicle suspected of being involved in a burglary in Monterey. The victim in that case told police that their identity and credit cards had been used at multiple businesses in Marina.

During the stop, the two occupants attempted to provide false identification to officers but were later confirmed to be 38-year-old Kennith Robson of Modesto and 35-year-old Rosina Urrea. Officers discovered property belonging to the burglary victim, including identification and credit cards, as well as additional identification cards believed to belong to other victims in multiple counties. Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were also recovered, which Urrea allegedly tried to destroy when contacted by police.

Investigators determined Robson was driving on a suspended license. He was also found to have nine outstanding felony warrants for theft-related crimes, with total bail amounts exceeding $1 million. Urrea had an active warrant for identity theft with bail set at $15,500.
