Colusa County Authorities Announce Results of Multi-Agency “Operation Folsom Blues”

COLUSA COUNTY, CA — “From 09/15/2025 to 09/19/2025, the Colusa County Task Force, in conjunction with CHP Northern Division, Colusa Police Department, Williams Police Department, Colusa County District Attorney, and the Colusa County Sheriff’s Office, established 24-hour interdiction operations in support of Operation Folsom Blues. The below-listed figures are the result of a week of continuous interdiction operations.

Fentanyl: 3.75 lbs
Methamphetamine: 5.2 grams
Ketamine- 7.6 Grams
Marijuana 360 Pounds
Pills- 12 Norco’s
Firearms- 6 pistols
Ammunition- 86 rounds of .223, 10 rounds of 7.62, 10 rounds of 5.7, 46 rounds of 9mm
DUI- 1
Stolen Vehicles- 1
Asset Forfeiture: $63,938
Arrests- 10

The entirety of Folsom Blues resulted in the seizure/arrests listed below throughout CNOA region 2:

Marijuana: 360.5 pounds
Methamphetamine: 15.4 pounds
Fentanyl: 4.9 pounds
Heroin: 1.2 ounces
Cocaine: 1.3 pounds
Psilocybin: 2.3 pounds
Ketamine: 50.6 grams
Prescription pills: 1.9 pounds
Adderall: 314 grams
Counterfeit fentanyl pills: 8,000 pills
Alprolazam: 75 pills
Stolen Vehicles: 1
Prison Weapons: 3
Suboxone: 60 pills
Crack Cocaine: 11.6 grams
Liquid oxycodone: 125 grams
Miscellaneous: 3D firearm printer, bomb-making material, IED’s, grenade launcher, brass knuckles, bear spray

CHP Northern Division K9 teams rendered exemplary service throughout the operational window, resulting in large fentanyl/cash/firearms seizures. The K9 teams maintained a blistering operational tempo on a 12 hour rotational schedule that heavily contributed to Colusa County leading several seizure classes in the entirety of Folsom Blues. CHP Northern Division’s strategic commitment, proactive mindset, and operational flexibility were major factors in the overall success of Folsom Blues in Colusa County.

All involved agencies are highly commended for their participation, pace of interdiction stops/enforcement, and overall contribution in this unprecedented effort within the environs of Colusa County.”
