Traffic Stop in Marina Leads to Arrest, Firearm and Narcotics Seized
MARINA, CA — “On 09/12/2025, about 9:25 P.M. Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Reservation Road and MBest Drive for several vehicle code violations.
The driver, identified as Adrian Soto-Arias was contacted and found to be driving while unlicensed. As Officers attempted to detain Soto-Arias he physically resisted, and a concealed firearm was found next to where he was seated.
Soto-Arias was arrested for possession of a loaded ghost gun, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of illegal fireworks and resisting arrest. He was booked into Monterey County Jail.”
