Nine Arrested in Multi-Agency Narcotics Operation at Visalia’s Sequoia Lodge
VISALIA, CA — September 5th 2025 — “At approximately 7:30 a.m. this morning, the Visalia Police Department’s Narcotics Unit, SEU, and HOPE teams conducted an operation at the Sequoia Lodge located at 1400 South Mooney Boulevard. During the operation, officers served two narcotics-related search warrants and carried out a probation search throughout the complex.
As a result of the operation, nine individuals were taken into custody:
* 63-year-old Louie Rodriguez – Possession of narcotics for sales, maintaining a drug house
* 20-year-old Jael Castillo – Possession of narcotics for sales, probation violation
* 48-year-old Michael McKnight – Resisting arrest, possession of narcotic paraphernalia, probation violation
* 38-year-old Kayla Nichols – Resisting arrest, outstanding warrants
* 34-year-old Rayford McCrae – False ID to a police officer, outstanding warrants
* 45-year-old Elizabeth Arnold – Possession of narcotics, outstanding warrants
* 48-year-old Felix Estrella – Outstanding warrants
* 68-year-old Frank Trevino – Outstanding warrants
* 70-year-old Joyce Perry – Outstanding warrants
Code Enforcement also conducted an inspection of the property.”
