Two Arrested for Alleged Burglary, Conspiracy in San Mateo

SAN MATEO CA  — “On August 13, 2025, at 9:39 p.m., the San Mateo Police Department received a report of a package theft that had just occurred on the 400 block of Station Park Circle. The two suspects, identified as Luis Magana and Talia George, were last seen walking in the area of Garvey Way and S Delaware Street. Officers quickly responded to the area and detained Magana and George.

Over the course of the investigation, probable cause was established to arrest Magana and George for burglary, conspiracy to commit a crime, and delaying an officer in the performance of their duties. During a search incident to George’s arrest, suspected methamphetamine was located on her person, suspected burglary tools were located in one of her bags, and she was arrested for those additional charges. Both Magana and George were also arrested for multiple outstanding warrants and booked into the San Mateo County Jail.
