Dodds was arrested August 5 at 1:21 p.m. A previously convicted felon, Dodds remains in
custody at Alameda County Santa Rita Jail, in lieu of $27,500 bond.

Livermore police received reports of a woman carrying bags filled with stolen shoes.

She was observed carrying them to a U-Haul rental van at the outlet mall parking lot.

Responding officers saw the stolen merchandise inside the open van.

“More than 25 boxes of shoes and piles of suspected stolen clothing were in plain view,” Livermore police said in a
prepared statement. “U-Hall confirmed the van was stolen and reported to Dublin police.”

Dodds was found in possession of the key to the stolen van.

“It was fraudulently rented using a fake Nevada identification card, and a credit card.”

She was booked for possession of the stolen vehicle, and petty theft.

Officers recovered items stolen from Adidas, Bath & Body Works, Marshalls, Nike, Timberland and UGG.

Dodds has prior convictions for grand theft, identity theft, and offering to sell a controlled
substance. Her record also includes arrests for robberies, burglary, forgery, and driving with a
suspended license.
