Motorist with “Numerous” Outstanding Warrants Arrested During Traffic Stop in Fairfield
FAIRFIELD, CA — “On July 18 at 10:45 pm, Officer Tom conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle for a moving violation. A records check of the driver revealed the driver had numerous outstanding warrants.
Additionally, loose marijuana and open containers of marijuana were observed inside of the vehicle prompting a probable cause search.
The search revealed more than one pound of processed marijuana, a loaded firearm, and other narcotics.
42-year-old Kelsey Smith was arrested and transported to County Jail for numerous firearms related charges, marijuana sales, and numerous warrants.”
