Individual with Outstanding Warrant Arrested During Traffic Stop in Marysville
MARYSVILLE, CA –– “Last week, the Marysville Police Department’s Graveyard Shift conducted a proactive traffic stop for an equipment violation. During the stop, officers identified a passenger with an outstanding arrest warrant.
A search of the individual revealed over two ounces of methamphetamine and a significant amount of cash concealed in his pants pocket. A subsequent search of the vehicle uncovered narcotics paraphernalia, a digital scale, and packaging materials—all consistent with the sale and distribution of narcotics.
The passenger was arrested for his warrant, as well as multiple felony charges related to narcotics transportation and possession for sale.”
