CORONADO, CA — “Last night, a 20-year-old male driver was caught doing donuts in the intersection of Ocean Blvd and Ocean Drive, despite crowds of pedestrians nearby. Officers conducted a traffic stop and arrested the driver for reckless driving. He was cited and released at the scene. The vehicle was impounded.
