Three Arrested in Victorville for Torture and Abuse of Six Children

SUSPECT(S): Kenneth Key, 60-year-old resident of Victorville, CA
Tina Key, 60-year-old resident of Victorville, CA
Katlynn Key, 23-year-old resident of Victorville, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential – Juveniles
SUMMARY: On February 13, 2025, investigators from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Crimes Against Children Detail (CAC) and the Victorville Sheriff’s Station conducted an investigation of severe and prolonged abuse and neglect to six children, ages five to 16, in the city of Victorville.
During the investigation, Kenneth Key, Tina Key, and Katlynn Key were identified as the suspects. At the conclusion of the investigation, all three suspects were arrested and booked at the Central Detention Center in violation of PC206 – Torture, in lieu of $1,000,000 bail.
