Chino Hills Deputies Arrest Man for Narcotics Sales and Firearms Violations
CHINO HILLS, CA — On Saturday, April 12, 2025, at approximately 12:41 p.m., a deputy with the Chino Hills PD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near the intersection of Soquel Canyon Parkway and Elinvar Drive in Chino Hills. The driver, identified as Keith Wulff, a 54-year-old resident of Chino Hills, was contacted during the stop. Deputies discovered that Wulff was in possession of a quantity of suspected methamphetamine intended for sale and distribution.
Following the traffic stop, a search warrant was obtained and served at Wulff’s residence. During the search, deputies located an illegally possessed firearm and ammunition among Wulff’s belongings. As a convicted felon, Wulff was prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition.
Wulff was arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for transportation of narcotics for sale, felon in possession of a firearm, and felon in possession of ammunition.
