Woman Allegedly Stabs Husband During Domestic Dispute, Tracy Police Say

TRACY, CA — A Tracy woman was arrested earlier this month in connection with an alleged stabbing.

According to police, officers responded on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 1, to the 1800 block of Bridle Creek Circle to investigate reports of a stabbing.

Officers arrived at the scene and located a 30-year-old man in front of a residence who had suffered a stab wound. The officers provided first aid until medical personnel arrived, at which time the victim was taken to an area hospital for further care, police said.

Based on information provided by those who reported the stabbing, officers identified Jessica Krepp, 31, as a person of interest. Officers contacted Krepp outside the residence and detained her without incident.

After investigating the incident further, police say Krepp and the victim are believed to be married and that the incident stemmed from a domestic dispute.

Krepp was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and booked into the San Joaquin County jail, police said.
