Fresno High School Students Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault of Child

FRESNO, CA — Three Fresno high school students have been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a child, according to police.
In a press release, the Fresno Police Department reported that they had been made aware on Friday, April 4, of area high school students sharing a video of four boys sexually assaulting a 10-year-old.
Detectives soon identified all four suspects as 14-year-old juveniles. On Thursday, April 10, three of the four suspects were arrested on the Fresno High School campus, police said.
The fourth suspect was found to have relocated to Mexico, according to police.
The three arrested suspects have since been booked into juvenile hall on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14, lewd or lascivious acts with force or fear, oral copulation with a child under the age of 14, and possession of child pornography.
