Man Arrested for Human Trafficking and Illegal Possession of an AR-15

GROVER BEACH, CA —

GBPD Detectives Arrest Porterville Man for Human Trafficking, Sexual Offenses, & Possession of a Concealed AR-15 Firearm.
Following a multi-week investigation, Grover Beach Police Detectives arrested 34-year-old Henry Vincent Terronez on Thursday, March 27, 2025. Mr. Terronez was arrested on several charges related to a Human Trafficking investigation. Detectives contacted Mr. Terronez at a location in Arroyo Grande where he intended to meet with a minor for sexual purposes. Upon contact, Mr. Terronez was found to have an unregistered and concealed AR-15 behind his driver’s seat. A 60-round drum magazine and several 30-round magazines with armor-piercing ammunition were located with the firearm.
Mr. Terronez was arrested for the following offenses:
• PC 25400(a)(1): Carrying a Concealed Weapon in a Vehicle
• PC 236.1(c)(1): Human Trafficking of a Victim Under 18 Years Old
• PC 288.4(a)(2): Arrange Meeting with a Minor for Lewd Purposes
• PC 288.4(b): Meeting with a Minor for Lewd Purposes
• PC 266(i): Pandering
• PC 288.2(a)(1): Send Harmful Matter to Minor with Sexual Intent
