Madera Man Arrested on Suspicion of DUI After Striking Parked Vehicles

“A Madera County man was recently arrested after allegedly driving intoxicated and striking two parked vehicles.

According to a press release, a Madera Police Department officer responded to the 800 block of West Yosemite Avenue regarding a traffic collision on the morning of Friday, January 5.

The officer arrived on scene and made contact with an individual, identified as Uriel Santos, who had allegedly struck two parked vehicles with his pick-up truck. The individual was reportedly found to have been driving under the influence, and was arrested soon thereafter.

Santos was booked at the Madera County jail on suspicion of driving under the influence.”
