“Santa, we have a few suggestions for your other list.
Three suspects entered a store and took merchandise totaling upwards of $4,000 Tuesday night around 11. One suspect fled in a vehicle while the other two took off running.
With the help from a helicopter (Air1), officers located and detained 33-year-old Alfred Montalvo, 31-year-old Don Clemons, and 27-year-old Kysiah Jones, and recovered all the stolen items.
All three suspects were arrested on various charges including, grand theft, probation violation, resisting arrest, possession of methamphetamine, organized retail theft, and conspiracy to commit felony crimes.
We hope this serves as a reminder that this holiday season is not an excuse for greed and crime. Thank you to Sac PD Air1 for their assistance and to the seamless team work of our officers who helped put three on the naughty list.”
