“Yesterday morning, a transient on parole for home invasion robbery went into a local dental office near Arlington Avenue & Brockton Avenue and groped an employee. He tried to flee the area on foot but was apprehended quickly by responding officers, thanks to the victim’s detailed description of him.
29-year-old Arthur James Jr. was later booked into jail for sexual battery, trespassing, and violation of his parole. He’s being held without bail.”
