Man Wanted in Connection to Fatal Shootings in Banning

BANNING — On December 28, 2022, around 4:53PM the Banning Police Department officers dispatched to the 3300 block of West Ramsey Street regarding multiple reports of gunshots and people running.

Officers arrived and found evidence of a shooting with one male victim lying on the ground.

The male had reportedly suffered major apparent gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased despite life-saving efforts by responders.

Police were told that there were two other victims that were connected to the shooting and that they had been transported to Riverside University Health Systems Hospital in Moreno Valley.

One male victim was in stable condition, but the female victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital.

The primary suspect, identified as 22-year-old Dorian Alexander Francisco, is not in custody and is considered armed and dangerous.
