Madera Probationer Arrested for Stolen Motorcycle

On December 5th, Madera PD Officer Varela conducted a traffic stop on a motorcycle while on patrol off of Country Club and Gateway Dr.

A call had come in a short time before reporting a motorcyclist doing burnouts in the area. The man Officer Varela pulled over was identified as the suspect and was further identified as Miguel Aguayo. When Officer Varela ran the VIN on the motorcycle it came back reported stolen out of San Diego County. Aguayo was arrested for the stolen vehicle and for violating probation.

Aguayo was taken into custody and booked into the Madera County Jail.
