FAYETTEVILLE, Ar. — Tyson Foods CFO John R. Tyson has reportedly been arrested after allegedly drunkenly entering a stranger’s home and passing out in her bed.

Multiple news outlets have reported that Tyson, 32, was found asleep at a home on North Mock Avenue around 2 AM Sunday, November 6. A woman had called police after reportedly coming home to find Tyson, whom she does not know, asleep in her bed.

Responding officers reportedly tried to wake Tyson and he responded by briefly sitting up, but laid back down and tried to go back to sleep. One officer reported a strong odor of intoxicants coming from Tyson, as well as slow movements and slurred speech.

Tyson was ultimately arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and public intoxication. Reports say he was booked but ultimately released on bail that evening.
