“Detectives from MPD’s Violent Crimes Unit have arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile from Modesto for the shooting death of 24-year-old Thomas Williams.
Williams was shot and killed while walking in the 2200 block of Coffee Road on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at approximately 10:00 p.m.
Through a long and intensive investigation, the suspect was identified and arrested on Friday, September 9, 2022. He has been charged with homicide and is currently at Stanislaus County Juvenile Hall.”
