Two Suspects Arrested in Connection to Residential Burglary

MUIR BEACH —Marin County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested a pair of suspects for a burglary in the unincorporated community of Muir Beach. They both have previously been arrested numerous times in neighboring Solano County where they live.

Deputies investigating a residential burglary served a search warrant at the suspects’ home in Dixon. A deputy from the sheriff’s office patrol division authored the search warrant in this case.

On August 2, detectives from the investigative division executed the search warrant. They located stolen property in possession of the suspects.

The detectives arrested 38-year-old Jonathan R. Goldner and 40-year-old Ebony C. Jordan. They allegedly stole numerous electronic items and cash from a Muir Beach residence on July 30.

Goldner and Jordan were each booked at Marin County Jail for three charges –
*Burglary PC 459
*Receiving or concealing stolen property PC 496
*Conspiracy to commit a crime PC 182(A)

Both suspects have extensive jail experience. Since 2014 Goldner has been arrested 31 times, including his most recent arrest. Many of his prior arrests involved illicit drugs. Jordan has been arrested 13 times since 2017, including her most recent arrest. Many of her prior arrests involved thefts and illicit drugs.
