Driver allegedly caught with loaded, concealed, unregistered pistol

“Yesterday, Deputies conducted a vehicle stop on Old River Road near West Sacramento.
Deputies contacted the driver who was identified as 19-year-old Jared Lampkin Jr. of Woodland.
A search of the vehicle was conducted resulting in locating a loaded, concealed, unregistered, 9mm pistol with high-capacity magazine.
Lampkin was placed under arrest for being in possession of a loaded and concealed firearm and for being in possession of an unregistered firearm.”
