“On 02/19/2022, Roseville Patrol Officers were dispatched to a parking complaint in an alley in the Theiles Manor neighborhood. Officers arrived on scene and contacted the occupants of the vehicle, Angel Torres, a 31 year old male of Sacramento, and Elizabeth Wirth, a 24 year old female of Sacramento. As officers were talking to the occupants, they observed drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle yielded a large amount of fentanyl packaged for sale and a stolen handgun.

Torres and Wirth were booked into the South Placer County Jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale and various weapon violations.

Due to the large amount of fentanyl located, the Roseville Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit continued to investigate the case and sought to identify the source of the fentanyl. Hagop Vosgueritchion a 35 year old male of Sacramento, was identified as a person of interest.

On 03/31/2022, investigators conducted a traffic stop of Vosgueritchion in Sacramento County. A search of Vosgueritchion’s vehicle revealed additional fentanyl packaged for sale. Vosgueritchion was arrested and booked into the South Placer County Jail.”
