Car chase of two Folsom thieves ends in wreck with tree

“On 3/19/22 @ 1742 hrs two male suspects were seen breaking into two vehicles at CalFit located at 700 Oak Ave Parkway.

They were reported to have fled in a white Nissan Altima. Officers checking the area located the suspect vehicle at Target and the suspects fled in the vehicle.

Officers pursued the vehicle onto Montrose St and then WB School Street. The suspect vehicle lost control at the intersection of School St and Coralie Way where it collided with a tree.

Officers pursued the two suspects on foot and established a perimeter around the area. With the assistance of Sac PD’s helicopter both subjects were apprehended. Jahi Nash (18, Sacramento) was booked at Sac County Jail for a variety of offenses.
