Santa Clara County man booked in connection to over 35 commercial burglaries

San Jose police have arrested a suspect in connection to over 35 commercial burglaries throughout the city.

Police say 43-year-old Andrew Deanda has been identified as the primary suspect in the dozens of commercial burglaries that took place between February 2021 and February 2022. Police say Deanda was also wanted in connection to at least 20 burglary cases out of Milpitas.

Deanda was located and arrested on February 21 and booked at the Santa Clara County main jail on 44 counts of burglary, nine counts of felony grand theft, vandalism, and other misdemeanor charges.
