The explosion that occurred this morning inside one of the apartments at the Stockton Inn was confirmed to be a “butane honey oil lab”.

Nicole Rodriguez, 20, was treated and released from a local hospital and then arrested and booked into the San Joaquin County jail for manufacturing a controlled substance and willful cruelty to a child.

Her 38-year old boyfriend was seriously injured during the explosion, and will also be facing similar charges when he’s released.

The main victim in this story is a three-month-old, who luckily was not injured. The child was also taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out and then released into the care of social services.

No one else was injured during this incident.”
