Man burglarizes business in Westwood

“On 10/31/21, Deputies from the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a Burglary at the Iron Horse Saloon in Westwood, Ca.

Upon arrival, Deputies discovered a point of forced entry to the Business. The door to the business had a broken window and had been pried open.

The Business owner reported a large amount of cash had been stolen from the business. After a thorough investigation and following up on several leads during the last 3 months, Deputies developed probable cause to believe Javier Navarro, 27, of Westwood was involved in the Burglary.

A warrant was issued for Navarro’s arrest. On 1/27/22, Deputies from the Lassen County Sheriff’s Office, located and arrested Navarro for his involvement in the Burglary. Navarro was located in Westwood, Ca, Navarro was transported to the Lassen County Jail where bail was set at $30,000.00.”
