“On December 17, 2021, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office Child Abuse Detectives coordinated with the defense attorney of Enrique Rodriguez Valladares (53), to turn himself in on an arrest warrant. Valladares is a Sacramento County Resident and a teacher at Sacramento City Unified School District.

Sheriff’s Child Abuse Detectives took Enrique Rodriguez Valladares into custody on 8 felony counts of Lewd or Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14 years of age {PC 288(A)}. Valladares works as a 3rd grade teacher at Bowling Green Chacon Language and Science Academy.

There are multiple victims spanning approximately the time frame of August 2017 to June 2019. He is currently being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail with a bail amount of $1,000,000 and will appear in court on Tuesday December 21, 2021 to answer for the charges.
