Early Morning Shooting Lands One Behind Bars

“Around 4 this morning, TCSO Deputies were called to the 15000 block of Avenue 416 in Orosi for a gunshot victim.

When they arrived, Deputies found a man who had been shot. They then learned the suspect drove off in a silver four-door sedan. The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

Through their investigation, Deputies identified the suspect as 32-year-old Jesus Almonte Barron. Almonte was found hours later by deputies and detained without incident. He was taken to the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility where he was booked for Attempted Homicide.”
