Grass Valley woman turns herself in for alleged fatal hit-and-run

A Grass Valley woman has reportedly turned herself in to police in connection to a fatal hit-and-run.

18-year-old Madison Felhaber is accused of striking and killing a 15-year-old girl who’d been out skateboarding in the area of Alta Street and Dolores Drive on the morning of Saturday, October 30. Felhaber is also accused of then fleeing the scene.

That evening, Felhaber turned herself in at the Nevada County jail. She is now charged with a count of hit-and-run resulting in death.
