Officers Responding to a Fight in Progress Arrest 4 Robbery Suspects

BRENTWOOD —Police responded to a call about a fight in progress and ultimately arrested four suspects for robbery. Officers were dispatched during the predawn hours of October 23.

Residents phoning 911 reported persons fighting near the intersection of Brentwood Boulevard and Village Drive.

Upon arrival, officers contacted four persons, whom they determined confronted another individual concerning some damage to a vehicle. Investigating officers learned that this verbal confrontation escalated rather quickly to violence.

The four suspects allegedly attacked the victim, who sustained moderate injuries, in addition to being robbed. A semi-automatic firearm was displayed by one of the suspects during this fracas, but fortunately no shots were fired.

Officers arrested three men and one woman believed responsible for this violent robbery incident. All four of the suspects were transported to the Martinez Detention Facility.

  • Jonathan J. Clay, 29, was booked for robbery first-degree. Bond for his release from jail was set at $50,000.
  • Reginald B. Session, 36, also was booked for robbery first-degree. Bond for Session’s release from custody was set at $50,000.
  • Christopher M. Wright, 25, was booked for possession of a loaded firearm and high-capacity magazine. This is in addition to robbery first-degree. Bond for him was set at $150,000.
  • The fourth suspect is Corina Wager, 22. Wager was also booked for robbery first-degree. Her bond was set at $50,000.by Jim Emerson
