“Early this morning, Officer Chon conducted proactive patrols throughout the eastside neighborhoods. In an extra check, around 4:45 am behind the Walgreens on Soquel, Officer Chon saw a male subject loitering with a metal crowbar on the ground beside him. 😒

Kyle Rodgers, a 39-year-old transient, happens to be on probation for burglary and, unfortunately, in possession of methamphetamine, paraphernalia, and burglary tools.

Mr. Rodgers has multiple contacts from law enforcement for drugs, burglary, warrants, and battery.

Officer Chon took him to jail again on charges of probation violations, possession of meth, drug materials, and burglary tools.”
