“On August 4, 2021, detectives with the Bakersfield Police Department conducted an operation attempting to locate victims of human trafficking. During the operation, detectives contacted a juvenile victim of human trafficking. As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested Anthony Ford (30) of Bakersfield, for the charges of Pimping, Pandering and Human Trafficking.

**On August 17, 2021, officers of the Bakersfield Police Department conducted a human trafficking investigation involving an adult female victim currently in Bakersfield. The victim had been trafficked throughout the state of California by Antonio Videau (32) of San Francisco.
As a result of the investigation, detectives arrested Videau for the charges of Pimping, Pandering and Human Trafficking. The investigation is on-going.
