After an investigation, 40 year old Ricky Cox and 27 year old Roger Hazen, both of Sacramento, were arrested for grand theft, conspiracy, drug possession, and outstanding warrants and were booked into the Placer County Jail.
Thanks to two alert witnesses who promptly reported the crime and a vehicle description to police, the suspects were apprehended.
