“Early this morning, RBPD officers arrested a woman for possession of methamphetamine for sale.

Around 2 a.m., an officer saw a vehicle swerving within its lane traveling east on Antelope Blvd. The officer stopped the vehicle and found the passenger, 29-year-old Amanda Rowley, was on PRCS for drug-related offenses.

A search of the vehicle uncovered a substantial amount of methamphetamine, digital scales, and syringes. Rowley removed several bags of methamphetamine from her person prior to being searched.

In total, officers located 93 grams of methamphetamine, along with a small amount of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Rowley was arrested and booked for possession of drugs for sale, transportation of drugs, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.”
